 Hi, my name is Carl and I am a solution focused hypnotherapist. I believe in the power of the mind to overcome challenges and achieve positive change. My solution-focused hypnotherapy services are designed to help you eliminate fears, anxiety, depression, or any phobias you may have. My background was in the Armed Forces. When I finished my Royal Navy service in the late 90's  I enrolled with the Clifton Practice Bristol- the gold standard of hypnotherapy training-and re-trained to become a Solution focused hypnotherapist.

 

My training was intense, it deepened my knowledge, I finally understood how the mind worked - which was a revelation to me. I've never looked back since, it's been a great journey.  I am very empathetic, focused, and dedicated to helping people become the very best versions of themselves.
